The number board is a great way to introduce counting and numbers to young children. Children can trace the inset numbers with their fingers for tactile reinforcement. They can also fill the circle cut-outs with various household objects (great fine-motor skill work!) to start associating quantities with each number. Dried beans, cheerios, or mini pom-poms work great for filling the circles and concretely illustrating number quantity.
Board measures 18" wide by 10.5" high and is made from birch plywood sanded smooth and left in the natural unfinished condition.
