This Rosary Board was originally inspired by the Our Catholic Homes workshop; I was asked to create something and I was trying to think of something to make the faith more accessible to our children. The Holy Spirit paid me a visit and thus the Rosary Board was born!
There are three different rods with wooden beads to keep track of the introductory prayers, Our Fathers, and each set of ten Hail Marys. The most frequently said rosary prayers are laser engraved on the board for children who are just learning. A laminated collection of less frequent rosary prayers and a collection of fine art imagery for all of the mysteries is on a set of book rings to be flipped throughout the rosary. The book rings also open easily, so the laminated cards can be removed from the board for rosary praying on the go. The back half of the board hinges out like an easel for table top usage. Hopefully this rosary board will inspire many family rosaries at your house!
Board measures 10.75" high by 19" wide and is made from sanded birch plywood in its natural unfinished condition. The wooden beads are spray painted white and light blue. The laminated rosary cards measure 5" wide by 6.5" high.
This was one of my first original designs and I'm thrilled to be able to make the rosary more accessible to children and families.
